Financial Services Administrator. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting for a brand new opportunity in Plymouth. As a Financial Services Administrator this is an exciting time to be joining a team, your job will be working in the financial services sector and suits strong administrators who enjoy working in a highly compliance and process driven role, who also have a confident and professional telephone manner and experience of dealing with clients over the telephone.
The position will be busy and you will need to be accurate, highly numerate and organised, with good IT skills and typing ability. Working across departments from time to time and being adaptable to change, you will take incoming calls from Customers, Stakeholders, IFA's, Solicitors, Valuers, Conveyancers and Funders and also make outgoing calls as required, although this is not a sales role. In addition you will record and keep accurate records of all customer interactions, process applications, sorting and organising paperwork and verifying data and documents.
The successful candidate must have English and Math's grade C or above GCSE or O'level. A strong track record of administration and customer services, within a process and compliance driven role. You will be highly numerate, confident with basic maths and also speaking with senior professional clients on the telephone.
In return you have a salary of £16 - £19,500 permanent, depending on skills and experience.
Excellent working hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension. This is a smart business, financial services working environment where business office dress is essential.
