For eleven consecutive years Pertemps has been named by the Sunday Times as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the UK. What other recruitment agency can say that?
This year’s survey was one of the most competitive in its history, with over 850 companies hoping to appear in the top 100 and more than 448,000 employees taking part in the survey. Hundreds of companies missed out on a chance to be in the top 100, making our ranking a particularly brilliant achievement.
The annual survey ranks the cream of Britain’s employers and the high-profile awards event is a biggie in the nation’s business calendar. Directors Michelle White and Celia Perry attended the awards event in London, joined by Robert Hands, Executive Managing Editor from The Sunday Times in the photo below.
So how does it work? Our staff respond to an anonymous survey where they give their honest opinions about what it’s like to work for Pertemps. Opinions on bosses, working conditions, employer’s values and more are compiled and analysed, then companies are placed in ranking order.
Among other things, Pertemps are praised for our strong family values, commitment to employee training and employee engagement.
We are extremely proud to be featured in the top 100 yet again, especially with such tough competition. Thank you to all our employees for continually supporting us – here’s to twelve years in 2018!
